The supply service is governed by the regulations on household water supply services in Andalusia (BOJA no. 81 of 10 September 1991), amended by Decree 327/2012 of 10 July.

Tariffs for the Torremolinos Town Council water supply and sewer system
The Torremolinos Town Council is the body responsible for approving the service tariffs applicable to the municipality. Once approved and authorised, the tariffs are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Málaga.
