Structure and organisation
Aguas de Torremolinos is comprised of Torremolinos City Council, which holds 5% of the shares, and Hidralia, Gestión Integral de Aguas de Andalucía S.A., which holds 95%.
Organisation
Aguas de Torremolinos brings together experienced professionals and shareholder representatives, who are responsible for establishing the strategic areas and safeguarding the company's good reputation. All members of the Board, except the secretary, have a full say in matters and a vote.
