Welcome to the
Aguas de Torremolinos website
Aguas de Torremolinos is a company in the environmental sector that manages all processes relating to the complete water cycle, including catchment and drinking water treatment, transport, distribution for consumption and sewers, with full health guarantees.
Our motto is service excellence, and that is what we focus our efforts on. For homes and for companies, our real strength is founded on adapting to the specific needs of each individual, with constant technological innovation and the right management of knowledge and of available water resources.
Experience, efficiency, service, commitment, sustainability and innovation are the main pillars on which Aguas de Torremolinos bases its work every day. Thus, we can guarantee continuously, at all times, the public services of water and sewers.
Our headquarters are in Torremolinos, at Calle Periodista Federico Alba, 7, where the customer services are housed. In the same building, we have an educA (education in water) room where we teach schoolchildren about responsible water consumption.
Concern for the people in our team is also one of our objectives. We undertake actions to reduce risks and ensure the health and safety of our workers, and we have consolidated our healthy habits programme for them.
Environmental protection through energy efficiency and the efficient management of water resources are also key for us. Good examples of this are the installation of solar panels in our main office that produce 18,722 kWh/year, the promotion of sustainable mobility (70% of the electric vehicles used in the municipality are used by us), and raising awareness of efficient water use in the educA room through the Aqualogía programme, with 600 Torremolinos schoolchildren participating each year.
Together with Torremolinos Town Council, we have increased support schemes to pay for the water of families at risk of social exclusion and we have strengthened procedures to ensure that water is not cut off to any family at risk of social exclusion.
